The smoothness of the filter surface affects the speed at which water passes through the filter. If the surface is not smooth and has burrs, these burrs can easily trap filtered suspended impurities such as fine fibers or sticky sludge, making it difficult to thoroughly and quickly clean the filter during backwashing.

Incomplete cleaning of suspended impurities can clog the filter element, thereby affecting its filtration performance. Additionally, if the winding density of the filter element is uneven, it will impact the filtration accuracy, failing to meet the desired precision and affecting subsequent processes.
