What is Brush Self Cleaning Filter

Brush self-cleaning filter is a widely used equipment in the water treatment industry. Its simple design and good performance make the sewage achieve the filtration effect.

During the backwashing period, the backwashing and filtration cycle can be adjusted, and the default self-cleaning and filtration time is 10-60/washing and filtration water loss only accounts for 0.08-0.6% of the filtered water volume.

Using less rinse water, a short cleaning time of 16-20 seconds is sufficient to clean the entire filter element while maintaining the filtration process. The main feature of this unique design is a self-adjusting brush driven by an electric motor over the entire surface of the screen. Efficient cleaning is achieved by perfect contact between the self-adjusting brushes and the screen surface.
