(1) Convenient Operation

The operation is easy to manage, with high filtration speed and simple, reliable backwashing. It has strong backwashing capability without the need for additional power, making it energy efficient. The backwash filter can perform backwash and discharge at full flow, maintaining a high system flow rate with a very low pressure drop (less than 0.05-0.1m water column), thus avoiding surface contamination caused by low flow rates.

(2) Two-Stage Cleaning

Cleaning can be done in two stages. First is the cleaning and discharge stage: open the discharge valve for about 30 seconds, depending on the amount of impurities in the pipe, allowing impurities to be discharged from the outlet. Second is the backwash stage: with the discharge valve still open, open the water flow direction valve for about 30 seconds to backwash and discharge the material adhered to the filter mesh.

(3) Easy Installation

No high bypass management is required during installation, reducing the investment and installation costs of three bypass valves. The filter can be directly installed on the pipeline network without any supporting structures, saving space. It does not require disassembly for discharge, reducing labor intensity and avoiding the disassembly and discharge process during commissioning and maintenance, saving labor, effort, and time.
