I. Product Introduction

Automatic Backwashing Filter features a compact structure, small footprint, and easy operation. It is an electromechanical integrated fully automatic filtering device, with simple system parameter adjustment and intuitive cleaning effects. Widely used in industries such as steel, chemical, power generation, heating, central air conditioning, especially in applications with harsh water conditions, it offers significant filtering effects, long-term reliable operation, and advantages in water and energy conservation. II. Working Principle

The filter consists of a cylinder body, stainless steel filter screen, drainage section, transmission device, and electrical control part. During operation, water to be filtered enters through the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and exits through the outlet to the user's required pipeline for process circulation. Particle impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter screen. As the cycle continues, more and more particles are trapped, slowing down the filtration rate. Meanwhile, incoming wastewater continues to flow, causing the filter holes to become smaller, resulting in a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends an electrical signal to the controller, which starts the drive motor to rotate the shaft through the transmission components. Simultaneously, the drain outlet opens to discharge impurities. Once the filter screen is cleaned, and the pressure difference drops to a small value, the system returns to the initial filtration state, and normal operation resumes.
