When working, the turbid liquid enters the filter through the inlet, and then enters the inner cavity of the filter element through the flower plate hole.

When the impurities in the filter accumulate on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases to the set value, or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electrical control system sends a signal to drive the reverse; middle washing mechanism. When the mouth of the backwash suction cup is directly opposite to the inlet of the filter element, the drain valve is opened, and the system is depressurized and drained.

A negative pressure area with a relative pressure lower than the pressure outside the filter element appears on the inside of the suction cup and the filter element, forcing part of the circulating fluid to flow from the outside of the filter element to the filter element. inside. The impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element enter the suction drain with the liquid flow and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed filter element makes the filter element produce a jet effect, and any impurities will be washed away. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet returns to normal or the timer set time expires, the motor stops running and the electric blowdown valve closes. In the whole process, the liquid flow is continuous, and the backwashing liquid consumption is small, which realizes continuous and automatic production.
