What is brush self cleaning filter
The brush self cleaning filter can quickly remove impurities from the surface of the filter screen, thereby efficiently removing more impurities, and is suitable for filtration of water and various low-viscosity liquids. Working principle
Filtering state: The liquid flows in from the inlet, the strip scraper is close to the surface of the filter element mesh, the liquid flows outward from the surface of the filter element mesh through the filter mesh, the impurities are trapped on the inner surface, and the liquid flows out from the outlet; As time goes on, the impurities gradually increase, and the pressure difference rises. Clean the filter screen according to the set pressure difference or regularly.
Cleaning state: The motor drives the wiper to make a horizontal rotation to clean the filter screen. When the wiper rotates, the impurities are removed by the brush and flow to the bottom of the filter screen, and the large proportion of impurities are deposited in the dirt collection chamber. Each cleaning consists of several strokes, after the surface of the filter screen is cleaned, the filtering capacity is restored. Normal filtration during cleaning, flow is not interrupted.
Drain state: After several cleaning cycles, the impurities accumulate to a certain amount. Open the drain valve regularly to discharge the waste liquid containing high-concentration impurities. If necessary, it can also be recycled.
