1. Product Introduction

The fully automatic self-cleaning filter operates based on mechatronic principles, controlled by a self-programmed system. It achieves a fully automated process of filtration, cleaning, and discharge.

This device uses a composite multi-cylinder filtration system, allowing it to continue filtering and supplying liquid even during backwash and discharge processes. It is a highly efficient water treatment device.

2. Working Principle

Water flows into the filter from the inlet and passes through the filter screen, exiting from the outlet. Impurities in the water gradually accumulate on the inner surface of the filter screen, causing a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screen to increase. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value (0.05 MPa), the differential pressure switch sends a signal to the control panel. The control panel activates the motor, which rotates brushes to clean off the impurities on the filter screen.

At the same time, the discharge valve opens, and the impurities are flushed out. The system effectively cleans the filter screen in a short time, restoring the filter’s performance. Importantly, the filter does not need to be disassembled during the cleaning process, significantly reducing maintenance time and effort.
