The automatic backwash filter is an advanced, efficient, and easy-to-operate fully automated filtration system.

It uses filter cartridges or screens to separate impurities from water, removing suspended solids and particles, reducing turbidity, and thereby improving water quality. This equipment minimizes system fouling, corrosion, and other issues, ensuring the proper functioning of other system components.

Key Components

⚫ Body: Typically made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, it serves as the main structure of the filter, housing the filter screen and other internal components.
⚫ Filter Screen: The core component of the filter, responsible for trapping impurities in the water. It is usually made of stainless steel and includes coarse and fine screens to filter larger and smaller particles, respectively.
⚫ Discharge Section: Includes a drain valve and outlet to remove impurities captured by the filter screen during the cleaning process.
⚫ Drive Mechanism: Comprises motor reducers, drive shafts, etc., used to rotate or move the filter screen for cleaning.
⚫ Electrical Control Section: Includes an electric control box, differential pressure switch, and PLC controller, which monitor the filter's operating status and initiate the cleaning process based on preset conditions.
