The fully automatic backwash filter features a simple and flexible operation procedure. The filtration and backwash processes can be easily switched, offering excellent filtration performance, reliable functionality, and strong program stability.

This type of filtration equipment is designed to remove various solid fine particles and organic microorganisms from water, preventing impurities from entering micro-irrigation systems or forming deposits that cause clogging. It greatly supports the development needs of micro-irrigation.

Technical Principle:

Irrigation water passes through the sand filter layer inside the filter tank, where impurities are intercepted. The clean water is then delivered to the field irrigation system. Once a certain amount of particles accumulates in the sand filter layer, the system initiates the backwash program to discharge the impurities through the drainage pipe, keeping the sand filter layer clean and allowing continuous filtration. During operation, filtration and backwashing occur simultaneously without halting the system.
