TPB Modular Self cleaning Filter
TPB Series modular self-cleaning filter (TPB Filter for short) is the automatic filtration system designed by TOP according to the modular design concept. It has the high reliability and flexibility for expanding. It has the following features: running automatically, very durable, no manual cleaning, very easy to open for maintenance, with unique Wedge wire filter element, completely back-flushed and less back-flushing discharging liquid. TPB filter can purify the liquid and protect the downstream key equipments. It is designed and manufactured by the high performance, high quality, high reliability standard of TOP and has the world class quality.
TPB filter has 5 sub-series: TPB01 series self-cleaning filter (TPB01 filter for short), back-flush with the filtrate; TPB02 series self-cleaning filter (TPB02 filter for short), back-flush with the external clean fluid; TPB03 series manual back-flushing filter (TPB03 filter for short), simplified by removing the control system and pneumatic actuators from the TPB03filter; TPB04manual back-flushing filter (TPB04 filter for short), simplified by removing the control system and pneumatic actuators from the TPB filter; TPB05 series is the manual multi-plex filter.

TPB01 serial Modular Self-cleaning Filter
The TPB01 filter is mainly suitable for precision range of 20-500 microns, suitable for water and low viscosity liquid filtration, but also good at filtering micro fiber, clay, soft agglomeration of impurities, these functions is very difficult to be done by ordinary self-cleaning filter.
Technical features and advantages:
■ Only need one additional filtration unit as a backup of the whole system, low risk of downtime, small investment.
■ Without interrupting the filtering case, can maintenance the filter unit off-line one by one.
■ The filter element is very convenient to remove to clean, when filter the stubborn impurities and require clean regularly is the best.

■ It can continuous filter when back flushing, the system does not need to parking, it can reduce the cost of parking.

■ The TPB filter pull in the external fluid back flush , can be installed in the front of the pump , also suitable for low entrance pressure fields.
