Brush Self Cleaning Filter

The brush self-cleaning filter consists of the following main components: motor, electrical control box, control pipeline (including control valves and differential pressure transmitter), main pipe assembly, filter element assembly, 316L stainless steel brush, frame assembly, drive shaft, and inlet/outlet connection flanges.

The electrical control box and control pipeline form the control part of the filter, used to achieve the automatic cleaning and drainage process.

The untreated water enters the body of the filter through the inlet, and impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen, creating a pressure differential.

A differential pressure switch monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure differential reaches the preset value, the electric controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, initiating the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, while the control valve opens for drainage. The entire cleaning process only lasts for several seconds. When the cleaning is complete, the control valve closes, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtration process.

After installation, technical personnel must debug the system, setting the filtration time and cleaning conversion time. The untreated water enters the body of the filter through the inlet, and the filter begins to work normally.
