Application Instructions for Self Cleaning Filter

Principle of Self Cleaning Filter

When water enters the self-cleaning filter cylinder from the bottom water inlet, impurities are intercepted on the inner wall of the filter cylinder. The filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cylinder accumulate, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or the cleaning time is reached, or it is manually preset. The filter will start the self-cleaning process. The entire self-cleaning process consists of two steps: opening the automatic drain valve located on the self-cleaning filter and the motor driving the cleaning brush inside the filter to remove the impurities intercepted by the filter from the drain valve. During cleaning, the system continues to flow. The entire operation of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box randomly equipped. Control methods include pressure difference, time, manual, and PLC control.
