Application Instructions for Self Cleaning Filter

Principle of Self Cleaning Filter Product

When water enters the interior of the self-cleaning filter cartridge from the bottom inlet, impurities are intercepted on the inner wall of the filter cartridge. The filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge accumulate, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or the cleaning time is reached, or when manually preset, the filter will start the self-cleaning process.

The entire self-cleaning process includes two steps: opening the automatic drain valve on the self-cleaning filter; the motor drives the cleaning brush inside the self-cleaning filter to remove impurities intercepted by the filter mesh from the drain valve. During cleaning, the system flows continuously, and the entire operation process of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box equipped randomly. The control methods include pressure difference, time, manual, and PLC control.

Equipment Adjustment

(1) When turning on the power switch, the power indicator should light up.

(2) When adjusting the electric part, pay attention to ensuring that the motor's rotation direction is consistent with the marked direction.

(3) During use, set the pressure difference according to the actual requirements of the on-site system to enable timely cleaning and draining.

(4) When manual forced cleaning and draining is needed, the control system can be switched to manual control.

(5) If the cleaning system repeatedly cleans, and the pressure difference still cannot be reduced to the set value, the equipment should be shut down for inspection.
