Scrapper Type Self Cleaning Filter
The Scrapper Type Self Cleaning Filter employs a mechanical scraping method to automatically remove particle impurities from the surface of the filter element, providing continuous online filtration.
Designed primarily for high-precision filtration with a range of 20-1500 microns, this self-cleaning filter ensures accurate filtration. It minimizes the risk of impurity compression and breakage, efficiently removing a greater amount of impurities. It is suitable for filtering water and various viscous liquids. We customize and produce electrically operated scrapper-type self-cleaning filters in various specifications tailored to your specific operational conditions. Our equipment is designed and manufactured for high performance, high quality, and high reliability, meeting international standards.
What are the advantages of the Scrapper Type Self Cleaning Filter?
Traditional filters often face frequent clogging when dealing with viscous materials and soft impurities, leading customers to choose larger filters or manually clean them frequently, resulting in high investment, labor-intensive work, and significant material wastage. The Scrapper Type Self Cleaning Filter, with its advanced self-cleaning operation, easily addresses these challenges. It consistently maintains the cleanliness of the filter elements and discharges the waste liquid with a high concentration of impurities, minimizing material wastage. It is highly efficient when filtering poor water quality, adhesives, resins, polymers, grease, and other viscous materials, offering superior performance and efficiency.
How does the Scrapper Type Self Cleaning Filter operate?
The liquid flows into the filter from the inlet, moves outward from the inner surface of the filter element, and exits through the outlet connected to the lower end of the filter element. When the filter element surface intercepts a certain amount of impurities, the cleaning process is initiated based on a set time or pressure difference. The deceleration motor drives the scraper attached to the inner surface of the filter element to rotate, scraping off impurities from the outer surface of the filter element. The impurities are carried away by the liquid, falling into the bottom of the filter. The drain valve opens automatically at intervals, discharging liquid with a high concentration of impurities from the drain outlet. If necessary, the discharged residue can be recovered.
