The liquid enters the automatic self-cleaning scraping filter, passes through the scraper, and flows from the inside to the outside of the filter element. Impurities are blocked on the surface of the inner element. Liquid flows out of the outlet. After running for a period of time, more and more impurities accumulate and the pressure drop increases.

The scraper moves down and the impurities are pushed to the bottom. The scraper moves upwards, and the remaining impurities are pushed to the top of the filter element, and then washed away by the liquid. The scraper moves down, and the impurities are scraped off again. When cleaning, the filter works continuously online.

After several cleaning cycles, the impurities build up more and more. Regularly open the valve to purge the waste liquid with high impurity concentration and recover it if necessary.

It can scrape off the impurities on the surface of the filter element at the fastest speed, making it more effective in removing impurities. It is suitable for water and various viscous liquids.
