Brief Description of Operation Steps of Automatic Backwash Filter:
Filtration Stage:
The medium flows in from the inlet, passes through the filter element, and impurities are retained while the clarified liquid flows out.
Differential Pressure Monitoring:
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet exceeds the preset value (e.g., 0.1–0.2 bar), the filter is considered clogged.
Triggering Backwash:

Nozzles or brushes begin to rotate.

A negative pressure zone is created, drawing impurities from the filter mesh into the cleaning chamber.

The impurities are discharged through the drain port.
Completion of Cleaning:
After typically 10–60 seconds, the cleaning process stops automatically, and the entire system continues to operate without shutdown.
