2. Overview of Suction-Type Mesh Self-Cleaning Filters:
Fully automatic mesh and suction-type filters are designed for industrial, municipal, and irrigation applications. These filters can handle high dirt loads and pressures up to 0.4 MPa. When the pressure inside the equipment increases, a hydraulic piston releases pressure, discharging water through a drain valve. The pressure inside the hydraulic motor chamber and suction pipe is significantly reduced, driving the motor to rotate and horizontally move the suction pipe and nozzle. This process effectively removes debris and cleans the inner surface of the filter screen. Operating pressure ranges from 2kg-6kg (0.2 MPa-0.6 MPa).
