Self Cleaning Filter Precautions

The self-cleaning filter has been fully tested and adjusted before leaving the factory. Users can operate it directly upon installation. If the operating parameters do not meet user requirements, they can be adjusted based on actual working conditions. Users can select either manual or automatic control modes accordingly.

Initial Operation:

Follow these steps for the first operation:

Check if the filter is in normal working condition:
- Ensure all connections are secure.
- Verify that the electrical control box is dry.
- Connect the power supply. The "Normal Operation" indicator light should turn on, indicating that the electrical control part of the filter is functioning correctly and the equipment can proceed to trial operation.
Note: When plugging in the power supply, ensure your hands are dry. During the operation of the filter, the electrical control unit must remain dry to prevent water from entering the controller.

Control Section

PLC Control Section:

The controller consists of input, output, and setting parts.

The input includes switch signals and pressure difference signals.
The output primarily consists of the cleaning electric valve and the cleaning brush motor.
The setting part allows the user to set the cleaning cycle and duration. Additionally, manual cleaning can be performed based on the actual on-site situation.
