Pneumatic Self-Cleaning Filter

Working Principle of Pneumatic Self-Cleaning Filter: The raw material enters the filter through the inlet. During the filtration process, impurities in the water accumulate on the stainless steel filter screen, with the inner layer of impurities gradually building up.

  1. Automatic Cleaning: When the filtration time reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process will begin. The electrical control system sends a signal, the cylinder starts to work, and the cylinder drives the disc scraper up and down to remove impurities accumulated on the filter screen. When the cleaning time reaches the set value, the drain valve opens and discharges the waste.
  2. Manual Cleaning: The cylinder continuously operates, driving the disc scraper up and down to remove impurities from the filter screen. When the set time is reached, the drain valve opens and starts discharging the waste.
  3. Differential Pressure Cleaning (Optional): When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the cylinder starts to work. The cylinder drives the disc scraper up and down, removing impurities accumulated on the filter screen. When the cleaning time reaches the set value, the cylinder stops working.
