Product Introduction

The self-cleaning filter consists of an inlet, outlet, electric motor, differential pressure switch, control circuit, filter screen, stainless steel brush, solenoid valve, and drainage switch.

Filters are indispensable equipment in modern supply pipelines, primarily used to remove small solid particles from liquids, ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment. When fluid enters the filter cartridge with a specified filter screen, impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. The self-cleaning filter does not require manual cleaning of the filter screen, nor does it need to stop the machine to clean the filtering equipment. It ensures continuous water supply and can detect the amount of dirt in the filter screen through differential pressure, allowing for manual monitoring and automated operation.

Automatic Self-Cleaning Function:
- The fully automatic self-cleaning filter can filter raw water and automatically clean and discharge the filter core without interrupting the water supply. The cleaning and discharge process has two modes: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic Control:
- Automatic control includes two modes: timed and differential pressure. The filtration time is set on the timer; when the filtration time is up, the discharge process starts. The discharge time is set by the discharge timer. The control system also continuously compares the system pressure with the user-set differential pressure. When the system pressure reaches the set differential pressure, the filter also starts the cleaning and discharge process, with the discharge time set by the discharge timer. After the discharge time is up, the cleaning stops, and the system returns to its initial state, ready for the next filtration cycle.
Manual Control:
- Manual control is ideal for system debugging, detecting system operating status, troubleshooting, and on-demand cleaning and discharge. Switch the "manual/automatic" selector on the operation panel to the manual position for manual discharge and cleaning. Users can choose between the two control modes based on their needs.
