JX Filtration scraping self-cleaning filter automatically removes particles from the surface of the filter element through efficient mechanical scraping. It can work continuously online, does not consume filter media, does not require frequent manual cleaning, and can filter common and high-viscosity liquids. The motor drives the scrapers to rotate to remove the particles on the inner surface of the filter element.

Working Principle

The liquid enters the filter from the inlet and flows through the filter element from the inside to the outside. The bottom of the filter element is connected to the outlet, through which the liquid flows out.

After the filter element captures impurities, the cleaning action is triggered by the preset time or pressure difference value. The gear motor drives the scraper to rotate to remove impurities on the surface of the inner filter element.

Impurities move along the blades and drop to the bottom of the filter. Impurities are collected at the bottom of the filter. The discharge valve is opened according to the preset time, and the waste liquid with high impurity concentration is discharged through the sewage outlet, and the waste liquid can be recovered if necessary.
