What is Hydraulic Self cleaning Filter
The hydraulic self-cleaning filter is mainly composed of shell, fine filter screen, coarse filter screen, hydraulic motor, piston, electromagnetic head, suction head, drain valve and control box.
The filter shell is generally made of carbon steel, and can also be made of 304 or 316L as required; it can also be made of 904L or special materials such as Hastelloy, Monel alloy, Inconel, etc. according to the special requirements of desalination to meet different needs.
Filtration precision
According to different industries, the filtration precision of agricultural water with good water quality is generally 130um (120 mesh), and the precision is 200um (80 mesh) in case of bad water quality, in order to prevent the high precision from blocking the filter and causing frequent backwashing to affect the water supply; the filtration precision of industrial water is generally 100um (150 mesh), and the bad water quality should be 200 or 300 microns.
