Overview:

This filtration system effectively removes solid microparticles and organic microorganisms from water, preventing impurities from entering micro-irrigation systems or accumulating as sediment, which could cause clogging. It meets the growing demand for micro-irrigation in domestic markets and is widely used for filtering industrial wastewater and rural drinking water projects.

Technical Principle:

Irrigation water passes through the sand filter layer inside the filter tank, where impurities are trapped while clean water is delivered to the irrigation system. Once the sand filter layer accumulates a certain amount of impurities, the system automatically activates the backwashing process, flushing out the trapped particles through the drainage pipe while keeping the sand filter layer clean. Filtration and backwashing occur simultaneously, ensuring continuous operation without system shutdown.
