How to Replace the Brush and Scraper of the Self Cleaning Filter

Disconnect the motor wiring as needed.

Note: When reconnecting the wiring, please ensure the motor rotates in the correct direction. For brush-type self-cleaning filters, rotation direction has no effect. However, incorrect rotation may damage the scraper inside scraper-type filters.
Disconnect the valve wiring as needed.
Remove the equipment flanges.
Unscrew the bolts on the triangular retainer ring and remove the ring.
After removing the ring, you can pull out the cleaning brush or scraper. Unscrew the bolts on the brush or scraper to replace the cleaning components.
Use the two threaded holes on the filter element flange to attach the corresponding lifting bolts, then extract the filter element to complete the replacement.

Note: After cleaning, reinstall the upper and lower sealing gaskets of the filter element, the filter element assembly, and the upper support frame in order. Tighten the filter element fixing bolts, then install the brush assembly. Ensure the brush shaft is properly seated at the bottom. Then sequentially install the shaft adapter, the equipment end cover, and tighten the flange bolts.
