Automatic Backwash Filter

The automatic backwash filter features a compact structure, small footprint, and easy operation. It is a highly efficient electromechanical integrated automatic filtration device, with simple system parameter adjustment and intuitive cleaning effect.

Widely used in industries such as steel, chemical, power generation, heating, and central air conditioning (especially in industries with poor water quality), it offers significant filtration effects, reliable long-term operation, and advantages such as water and energy conservation.

Working Principle

The filter consists of a cylinder body, stainless steel filter screen, drainage section, transmission device, and electrical control part. During operation, water to be filtered enters through the inlet, flows through the filter screen, and exits through the outlet to the required pipeline for process circulation.

Particles and impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter screen. With continuous circulation, the trapped particles accumulate, causing the filtration rate to slow down. Meanwhile, incoming wastewater continues to flow in, resulting in smaller filter pores and creating a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet.

When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends an electrical signal to the controller, which starts the drive motor to rotate the shaft through the transmission components. Simultaneously, the drain valve opens to discharge the trapped particles.

After the filter screen is cleaned, the pressure difference decreases to a small value, and the system returns to its initial filtration state, resuming normal operation.
